- SHRI – Dundalk Update
- On Wednesday 10th June representatives of the SHRI made a presentation to the Thoroughbred Trainers
Council Of Ireland resulting in an initial recommendation for Harness Racing to be scheduled at Dundalk for
a number of meetings in 2009. This is subject to a number of conditions and the committee continues to
work with Horse Racing Ireland on fulfilling these conditions enabling us to confirm prospective dates in
the very near future. We thank you all for your continued patience and we will officially update you all as
soon as we have concluded on-going discussions
- Ballymacbrennan training track, Lisburn will be holding training heats , qualifiers, and apprentice races ,
every Thursday night, starting this Thursday 11th June 6.30 - 9.00 pm, from now onwards until further
