• The IHRC have agreed to reduce race fees to €20 / £15 per horse for the 2008 racing season.
• A new Dope Testing Protocol has been proposed and adopted at the IHRC AGM, a copy of this document will be made available to all License holders in due course.

• Please note no entries will be accepted from any person who has not renewed their licenses or from trainers who have not completed a trainer's declaration.

• All horseowners must register for racing with Violet Hurley (087-2217686). All horseowners intending to race during May weekend, please note you must register with Violet before raceday. No registrations will be accepted at the track. The forms are available from Violet and can be posted to you.

• All Irish Horses intending traveling to the UK to race in 2008 must give 21 days notice to the BHRC Office including a £30 sterling visitors fee and a copy of the horses passport cover page, markup page and flu vac page.
